PDRN.AI

Decoded skincare, from PDRN to K-beauty.

About

— ABOUT —

Skincare marketing is loud. The science is quieter.

PDRN.AI exists to bridge that gap — translating clinical research and dermatologist insight into plain-language guides for the regenerative ingredients defining modern beauty, and the K-beauty industry pushing the field forward.

What we cover

Our focus is regenerative skincare — PDRN, polynucleotides, peptides, and the broader category of ingredients that work at a cellular level rather than the surface. We cover the Korean beauty industry because Korea leads the world in this space, and because most of the meaningful innovation in topical actives happens in Seoul before it reaches American shelves.

Five editorial sections organize our coverage:

  • Ingredients — Science breakdowns of PDRN, polynucleotides, retinoids, peptides, and the molecules quietly doing the work behind every product claim
  • Reviews — Editorial product reviews tested over weeks, with documented methodology
  • Comparisons — Side-by-side rankings to help you choose without testing four products yourself
  • K-Beauty — Korean brands, routines, and trends with the global context American coverage usually misses
  • How-Tos — Routines and application guides built around what people actually do, not aspirational protocols

How we work

  • Independent. We accept no sponsored content. Our revenue comes from affiliate commissions paid by retailers, not brands. Affiliate revenue never decides what we recommend — see our full Editorial Policy.
  • Researched. Every ingredient claim traces back to peer-reviewed clinical literature. Where the evidence is thin, we say so. We don’t repeat brand marketing dressed up as facts.
  • Tested. Product reviews follow a documented protocol — minimum 6 weeks for serums, 12 for retinoids and regenerative ingredients. See How We Test.
  • Updated. When the science moves or a formulation changes, we revise. The “Last updated” date on every article reflects the most recent edit. Significant corrections are flagged at the bottom of the piece per our Corrections Policy.
  • Plain-spoken. No jargon for its own sake. If a study found something interesting, we explain what it actually means for your routine — and where the limits of the finding are.

Who we are

PDRN.AI is published by a small editorial team based in the United States, with contributors who follow K-beauty closely from both consumer and clinical perspectives. We are journalists and researchers, not dermatologists. Where the editorial topic requires clinical interpretation, we consult with practicing dermatologists and credit them by name.

Our automation system drafts initial article structures and assists with research summarization. Every article published on PDRN.AI is reviewed and edited by a human editor for accuracy, voice, and judgment before publication. We disclose our use of AI in our process because we think readers deserve to know.

How we make money

Affiliate commissions, paid by retailers (Amazon, YesStyle, Stylevana, iHerb, and direct brand programs) when readers click a link and purchase. We disclose this on every article that contains affiliate links and in our full Affiliate Disclosure.

What we don’t do: sponsored posts, paid placements, undisclosed brand partnerships, MLM affiliations, or product reviews where the brand controls the framing. If we recommend something, we recommend it because the evidence supports it.
